OVELIO TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ovelio mobile application operated by Bluspater Limited.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
- misuse the App
- attempt to reverse engineer
- use the App for unlawful purposes
2. Health & Medical Disclaimer
The App does not provide medical advice.
- All content is informational only
- No diagnosis or treatment is provided
- Consult a licensed healthcare professional before acting on insights
Use of the App is at your own risk.
3. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated insights:
- may be inaccurate
- should not be relied upon as factual or medical advice
- are provided “as is”
We disclaim liability arising from reliance on AI outputs.
4. Subscriptions & Free Trials
The App offers:
- Monthly subscription with 7-day free trial
- Yearly subscription with 14-day free trial
Subscriptions:
- Automatically renew unless canceled
- Are managed exclusively through the Apple App Store
- Must be canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
5. Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed by Apple
- We do not process refunds directly
- Refund requests must be made through Apple
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Bluspater Limited.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluspater Limited shall not be liable for:
- health outcomes
- data inaccuracies
- AI errors
- indirect or consequential damages
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.
