3.1 Health Data (via Apple Health)

With your explicit permission, we may collect and process the following health-related data from Apple Health:

Heart Rate
Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
Sleep data
Activity and Workouts
Steps and Calories
Height and Weight
Sex
Date of Birth (Birthday)

This data is used solely to provide insights, analytics, and personalized recommendations within the App.

We may both read from and write data to Apple Health in accordance with Apple’s HealthKit guidelines.

3.2 User-Provided Data (Manual Inputs)

You may voluntarily provide additional information manually within the App, including but not limited to:

lifestyle inputs
preferences
self-reported metrics

3.3 Analytics & Usage Data

We collect non-health, non-identifiable analytics data, such as:

Firebase (analytics & infrastructure)
Amplitude (product analytics)
AppsFlyer (attribution)
Apphud (subscription management)

No health data is shared with these services.

All data processing and storage occur on EU-based servers.

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area unless legally permitted and protected.
